We collect information you provide directly (such as account and dealership details) and information generated as you use Service101, including repair orders, vehicle health checks and communications processed through the platform.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, sync with your DMS and connected tools, send notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the integrations you enable (for example your DMS, Podium, Twilio or email provider) and with service providers who help us operate the platform, under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your dealership uses Service101, or as required by law, and apply industry-standard measures to protect it. Each dealership’s data is isolated from every other tenant.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
