Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Service101 you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a dealership, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Use of the service
You agree to use Service101 only for lawful purposes and in line with your dealership’s agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Accounts & access
Access is granted per user and per dealership. You must not share credentials or attempt to access data belonging to another dealership.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as agreed with your dealership. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Service101 is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
